Refund policy

All PonchEars are final sale. We do not accept returns unless approved in advance under limited circumstances (such as an order error or mistaken purchase). Approval of a return is not guaranteed and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

If a return is approved, the item must be in the same condition as received: unopened, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@ponchear.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Evaluations may entail return and/or picture of the damaged item as well as proof of purchase.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your PonchEar.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or if discounts are used.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. In order for an item to be exchanged for any particular reason, the item must be returned back to us to evaluate. Once the return has been accepted, a replacement of the item and a confirmation will be sent to the email that was used at the time of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

*Regarding all emails for refunds and exchanges, please be sure to include your Order Number and Name on the order.
