How long does it take to process an order?

Please allow 3-4 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. We are a small owned business so please understand that we will do all we can to make sure you have the best experience possible with PonchEar.

What size PonchEar should I order?

Prior to purchasing your PonchEar, we always recommend referring to our Sizing Chart before placing your order. 

What do I do if I need my order rushed?

If you have an upcoming trip and need your order rushed, contact us PRIOR to your order at info@ponchear.co so we can further assist and ensure we work as quickly as possible to get you your PonchEar before your trip.

How long does it take for shipping?

We ship PonchEar both domestically and internationally. Shipping times depend on your location. Our business is located in New Jersey, so any states in close proximity will receive their orders quicker than those further away. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. International delivery takes longer to ship. Orders may be delayed due to the selected shipping couriers.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@ponchear.co with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
