By participating in this promotion, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Promotion Eligibility

This promotion is valid only on purchases made through our official website during the Promotion Period.

  • No minimum purchase requirement.

  • Valid on all products sitewide, including windbreakers and ponchears.

  • Offer valid only for retail purchases by consumers.

  • Void where prohibited by law.

We may refuse or cancel orders that appear to be fraudulent, placed in violation of these Terms & Conditions, or made for resale or commercial purposes.

2. How to Redeem

To receive the discount, customers must enter the promo code PRESIDENTSDAY at checkout prior to completing payment.

  • The discount will not apply automatically.

  • The code must be applied and visible in the order summary before payment is submitted.

  • Failure to enter the code at checkout will result in the order being processed at full price.

3. No Retroactive Adjustments

  • Promo codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed.

  • We do not offer refunds, credits, or manual adjustments for orders where the promo code was not entered at checkout.

  • We will not cancel and reprocess orders simply to apply a promo code.

  • No exceptions will be made for forgotten, unused, or misapplied promo codes.

Customers are responsible for verifying that the promotional discount is applied before completing their purchase.

4. Discount Limitations

  • Discount applies to merchandise subtotal only.

  • Taxes, shipping fees, handling fees, duties, gift cards, and other charges are excluded.

  • Cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, loyalty rewards, or special offers unless expressly stated.

  • Not valid on orders placed prior to the Promotion Period.

  • Offer has no cash value and is not transferable.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All returns, refunds, and exchanges for orders placed during this promotion are governed exclusively by our Returns & Exchanges Policy that applies to the original order.

Customers must refer to the Returns & Exchanges page linked to their order for eligibility, timelines, and procedures.

Refunds, if applicable, will be issued for the discounted purchase price actually paid at the time of transaction.

6. Order Cancellation & Modification

Once an order is submitted, it cannot be modified to add a promotional code or otherwise alter pricing.

We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a refund if:

  • There are pricing or typographical errors on the website;

  • The promotion was used in violation of these Terms & Conditions;

  • Fraud, abuse, or unauthorized use is suspected.

7. Technical and Website Issues

We are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, or connectivity failures, including issues involving:

  • Website malfunctions;

  • Error in pricing or product information;

  • Failures in the checkout process;

  • Delays due to internet or network congestion.

It is the customer’s responsibility to complete their purchase before the promotion ends.

8. Modification or Termination of Promotion

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion (or any part of it) at any time, without prior notice, for any reason including technical issues, fraud prevention, or operational constraints.

9. Limitation of Liability

Except where prohibited by applicable law, in no event shall we (or our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents) be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages;

  • Any loss of profits or business interruption;

  • Any claim arising from participation in this promotion.

Some states, including New Jersey, do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

To the extent permitted by law, any dispute arising out of or related to this promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of New Jersey.

11. Consumer Rights

These Terms & Conditions do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under New Jersey law or applicable federal law. To the extent any provision of these Terms & Conditions is deemed unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
